Terms of Online Hotel Reservation

1、	This reservation system offers discounts for guest rooms in the system. Guest fills in all the required data and may obtain the confirmation number immediately from the reservation system. Guest may check-in in the reserved hotel with this number and guest’s name.
2、	The confirmation from this reservation system is only restricted to the reserved hotel, date, number of rooms, room type and price, and not include any special requirements of guests. If guests have special requirements, please contact the hotel while making reservation.
3、	Please use real name to fill in online reservation form so as to ensure that all the contents are real. Any false contents would result in invalid reservation.
4、	Guest is required to make online reservation at least ninety minutes before his arrival at the hotel. If guest can arrive at the hotel within sixty minutes, he need contact the hotel through phone call after the successful reservation.
5、	Hotel's check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. The hotel might charge extra half day rent for early check-in or late check-out till 18:00 and extra full day rent for late check out after 18:00.
6、	If check-in before 7:00 am, guest need fill in the previous date of the actual check-in date when making online reservation and specify the situation so that the hotel may prepare the room before his arrival. In this case charges may be counted from the previous date of actual check-in date.
